Description yoga
Get out of the office and into the forest! Come with me to the Dresden Heath and experience the healing powers of the forest. Pure relaxation with birdsong, fresh forest air and gentle yoga movements with breathing and mindfulness exercises.
The clear air of the forest is like medicine to breathe in. Little distraction and reduction to the essentials are a good basis for new perspectives. The green soothes the eyes and the fresh, clean air nourishes our entire organism. In the middle of the trees your heart expands and your head clears; you feel grounded and can be completely with yourself. Relaxation sets in automatically in the forest.
