WHO IS THIS TRAINING SUITABLE FOR?
This module is the introduction to the wonderful world of Yin Yoga and is highly recommended if you want to deepen your own practice or use Yin Yoga as an extension of your yoga teacher training and want to teach Yin Yoga.
Even if you have already completed yoga teacher training, you will certainly still learn a lot of new things, as completely different principles apply in Yin practice than in Yang practice.
YOU LEARN:
- The principles of Yin Yoga practice
- The Basics of TCM
- Know the 5 elements with their corresponding seasons/ chakras/ emotions/
*You will also learn about essential oils
- The exact meridian courses/ the meridian points/ the functions of the meridian physically and psychologically
- Sequencing based on the 5 elements and meridians
- Anatomy: Bones/ Ligaments/ Muscles
The training will take place with a minimum of 5 participants, the maximum number of participants is 12.

A little about me...
I, Bille, have been practicing yoga for over 25 years. I offer my own face-to-face courses, online and personal yoga and teach in various studios in the Rhine-Main area. Teacher training courses have been taking place there for many years, which I lead as a lead teacher. In my studio in 34587 Felsberg near Kassel, in addition to the classroom courses, further training courses and workshops also take place regularly.
