Whether you are interested in yoga or a trained yoga teacher, here you will learn from professional hands with the experience of many self-led yoga teacher trainings everything that a traditional yoga teacher training cannot or only with difficulty teach you.

The training from 17.04.-19.04.2026 runs daily from 9-18 o'clock with 2 hours break
The location: Our small country estate with yoga studio 34587 Felsberg (Beuern) Circular route 7
WHO IS THIS TRAINING SUITABLE FOR?
This training is taking place for the fifth time at this place of power and is the introduction to the wonderful world of Yin Yoga and is highly recommended if you would like to deepen your own practice or use Yin Yoga as an extension of your yoga teacher training and would like to teach Yin Yoga. -With certificate-
Even if you have already completed yoga teacher training, you will certainly still learn a lot of new things, as Yin practice is based on completely different principles than Yang practice.
YOU LEARN:
*Experimental Anatomy: The Yin Asanas
*The principles of Yin Yoga practice
*The basics of TCM
*Get to know the 5 elements with their corresponding seasons/ chakras/ emotions/ *Get to know essential oils
*The exact meridian courses/ the meridian points/ the functions of the meridian physically and mentally
*Sequencing based on the 5 elements and meridians
*Anatomy: Bones/ Ligaments/ Muscles/ Fascia
