Description yoga
Power yoga stimulates the metabolism and is the only form of yoga that boosts the metabolism. The asanas are physical practice, chanting mantras and Indian Sanskrit verses caresses the soul. A deep relaxation phase, sometimes with a neck massage, rounds off the feel-good package.
Back yoga includes everything that is good for the back: de-stress techniques for body, mind and soul. Emptying your head and fulfilling yourself with not thinking relaxes you, the physical exercises strengthen your back, stabilize and mobilize your spine. At the end there is also a long relaxation phase.
Pregnancy yoga is different. Pregnant women need less physical strength than the space to perceive themselves and get involved with the changes in their body. Intensive inner contemplation and gentle, targeted exercises support the body, which now has to care for two people. Breathing and mindfulness play a big role. Here, too, you relax and switch off towards the end.
Yoga with a baby means: everything can, nothing has to. Mom practices as best she can - and when the baby needs her, it just doesn't work for a while. But you stay among yourself and no one sees the dwarves as a nuisance. Meditation and relaxation are designed differently in this course, but are also present ;-)
Yoga for children is playful discovery of postures, which I call the yoga zoo. There are exciting stories about it and we are always exploring new terrain: the snake shapes that come from the desert - or the bird park with flamingos, storks and swan. Every child is allowed to get involved; their imagination knows no limits. The only must in the hour: the inner contemplation, observing the noises 'from within' (max. 3-5 minutes).
