Description yoga
Chair yoga / yoga on the chair is a wonderful way to continue practicing yoga even with physical limitations. All yoga exercises/asanas can be performed in a modified form. All exercises are easy to learn, maintain mobility and have a great effect on the body. A very important part at the end of each exercise is to train the pelvic floor to prevent incontinence. In old age, it can protect against immobility and falls and promotes coordination between both sides of the body.
A gentle, joint-friendly form of yoga that can bring more mobility back into your life. The yoga class begins with a mindfulness exercise/breathing flow. Afterwards we warm up briefly and move on to a series of exercises from Kundalini Yoga. During the subsequent relaxation, you will find peace and serenity and can allow the flow of energy to reach all parts of your body. At the end we go into meditation or a breathing technique.
Chair yoga is a gentle, joint-friendly form of yoga that can help you regain more mobility.
