Description yoga

Yoga, a millennia-old teaching encompassing a series of mental and physical exercises and practices, is intended to connect body, mind, and soul. A regular Hatha Yoga practice, including physical exercises (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), relaxation (shavasana), and meditation, can improve the quality of life. Hatha Yoga promotes physical strength and flexibility, releases blockages, and prevents back pain. A regular practice supports effective stress management and promotes serenity and contentment. It fosters the energy needed to meet life's demands without losing sight of oneself. In my teaching practice, it is important to me that Hatha Yoga can be practiced according to individual needs and abilities. The practice of yoga should be a source of strength, enabling one to walk one's own path in life with dignity and joy.
