Different styles of yoga are taught:
Ashtanga yoga
Ashtanga Yoga is the oldest form of Hatha Yoga. In this elegant, powerful and dynamic style of yoga, the breath and asanas (physical exercises) are fluently linked together in a fixed sequence. This body work has a combination of refreshing and calming effects that can hardly be achieved with other means. An energy depot can be taken with you into everyday life. The goals are flexibility, stretching, strengthening the muscles and strengthening the cardiovascular system. Ashtanga Yoga is also called meditation in movement; the mind quickly becomes free.
Hatha yoga
A combination of targeted physical and breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation promotes inner peace and holistic body awareness. Posture should be improved and the back strengthened.
Hormone yoga
Hormone yoga according to Dinah Rodrigues is not just suitable for menopause. Hormone care is a very effective anti-aging program. Through a coordinated sequence of physical and breathing exercises, as well as relaxation, a significant increase in hormones can be recorded. This can alleviate the symptoms or even make them disappear. In a one-day seminar, participants are familiarized with this extremely effective method. (See workshops)
