In yoga we learn to listen to what the body wants to tell. Growing awareness of breathing, thoughts and feelings leads to a loving treatment of ourselves. We take self-determined ownership of our body and mind through strengthening, stretching and relaxation, take responsibility for ourselves and gain strength through rest. Become master of body and mind, and you will become master of your life!
My teaching style conveys a practice that is filled with respect and acceptance of yourself and others. The participants learn to feel their bodies and their needs more again, to feel comfortable with them, to appreciate what is, and to grow beyond old limitations.
In a relaxed atmosphere and a soothing ambience, I will accompany you beyond your comfort zone and into the breadth of your possibilities. Reset for body, mind and soul.
In addition to classic Hatha yoga from the Sivananda tradition, my focus is on fascia training in Yin yoga, a very decelerating, regenerating exercise practice.
The yoga classes have a special signature, as bits from my holistic body-mind-spirit coaching are always included.
