Children's yoga
In children's yoga, the focus is on having fun with your own body. Find peace in a playful way and increase your ability to concentrate. Learn how movement in everyday life can be converted into usable energy: roar like a lion, sneak like a snake, learn to keep your balance like a tree that can weather any storm. The children have fun learning these asanas.

From September 2011, a weekend workshop “Yoga & Relaxation” will take place once a month.

Recharge your energies at the weekend at the yoga & relaxation workshop in Güby. The premises are located directly by the forest near Louisenlund Castle in the Ahrensberg district. Switch off your head on these two days and let yourself be guided through a weekend of yoga, meditation, progressive muscle relaxation, dream and fantasy journeys.
