Description yoga
Small yoga studio in the heart of Fürth.
It is located at Gustavstrasse 38, access is still via the Kaffeebohne.
In my studio I practice on studio mats with sheep's wool mats underneath. The studio is pleasantly cool in summer thanks to the clay plaster. The floor is an oiled wooden strip floor. Studio mats and supplies such as blankets and pillows
are sufficiently available.
The studio is designed for a maximum of 7 participants.
Of course there is tea after every hour!
A few words about me:
My name is Uschi Ritter, I learned Hatha Yoga at Yoga Vidya and have 600 hours of training.
I also did yoga therapy in Berlin and additional children's yoga training for yoga teachers with Thomas Bannenberg.
I supplement my rather conservative yoga training with ongoing training with a wide variety of yoga teachers, as my practice is characterized by a playful, joyful approach to different styles.
Asanas that are held alternate with flow sequences.
I offer group courses, company yoga, yoga therapy lessons as well as individual lessons and weekend workshops.
My beginners courses can be subsidized by health insurance companies.

6:15 p.m. - 7:15 p.m. One hour for your back
7:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. open hour for advanced beginners
Tuesday: 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. open hour
Wednesday: 9:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Gentle yoga in the morning
5:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. Gentle yoga beginners course for women 40+
7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. one hour of yoga for beginners
Thursday:
6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. Hatha Yoga for advanced beginners
Friday 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. men's yoga open hour
The courses can also be changed by telephone arrangement if a mat is available.
Cost:
10 x 90 minutes: 118 euros
10 x 60 minutes: 89 euros
Children's yoga: 10 x 45 minutes 50 euros
My beginners courses can be subsidized by health insurance companies.
