Description yoga
I learned yoga from the most famous yoga teachers in Europe, the United States of America and Australia, as well as the most famous, B. K. S. Iyengar, his son and daughter in India. (Yoga teacher certificate with the personal “Yes” from B. K. S. Iyengar.)
The teaching style is based on the method of B. K. S. Iyengar and is particularly characterized by its accuracy and powerful execution of the exercises.
I have been a yoga teacher since 1991 and also address the individual needs of the practitioners in group lessons.
Precise observation, instruction, correction and a didactically well thought-out teaching style bring the trainees into precise positions.
