Mommy & Baby Yoga
Yoga as a postpartum recovery exercise with your baby is a special form of recovery (starting 12 weeks after birth).
Here, you and your baby will experience a community that fosters and strengthens the connection and bond between you and your baby. It also creates a space where you can support each other in your new role. These gatherings also create nourishing and enriching relationships between the women and their babies.
What else can you and your baby expect?
After arriving and sharing, we'll practice a series of yoga exercises to strengthen your pelvic floor—your core strength and center of power—as well as your entire body.
Afterward, we'll relax and bring you and your baby into a state of peace and quiet.
