YOGA NIDRA is conscious, dynamic sleep and is considered one of the most important exercise techniques of the Bihar School of Yoga. The meditation is carried out while lying down and allows everyone to activate new energy and relax effectively. The scientifically based method is aimed at taming the flow of thoughts and refining mindfulness.
