Description yoga
I completed my training as a yoga teacher (750 hours) in 2004 and have continued to develop since then. Since 2014, I have been organizing yoga courses in prevention with the support of health insurance companies and in corporate health promotion for companies and ministries in North Rhine-Westphalia. The content of the courses varies from mindfulness in movement (Hatha Yoga) to dynamic Vinyasa Ashtanga Yoga.
I completed my training as a physiotherapist between 2006 and 2009. This helped me to rethink my style in yoga classes in order to also respond physiologically to the individual needs of the participants.
My 1.5 year training to become an MBSR teacher was a very important experience for me regarding my own meditation practice, stress management through mindfulness and the process of perceiving the present moment in practice and everyday life. This once again had a lasting impact on my teaching and the design of my yoga and mindfulness courses. I have been offering regular retreats in Spain since 2014 and am looking forward to the next one.
