Description yoga
My yoga courses contain elements from different yoga directions such as: Hatha, Ashtanga, Kundalini, Iyengar. Furthermore, elements from the movement concept spiral dynamics, as well as from Qigong and Taichi are incorporated. The aim is to achieve your own beneficial balance of tension, strengthening, dynamism and stretching, loosening and relaxation of the muscles.
In my yoga classes, participants learn to make joints mobile again, to loosen and stretch tense muscles, and to strengthen the internal muscles close to the skeleton, which are necessary for correct and healthy posture. My lessons also offer an insight into the human anatomy and musculoskeletal system in order to learn to understand movement sequences, postures and their effects. The meditative, relaxing and energetic components are also not neglected. It is also important to me to receive individual assistance and personal support during the hours if questions or uncertainties arise.
I want to create an atmosphere of well-being in my yoga/qigong classes, time that practitioners can use to find themselves and get out of everyday life.
The basic course is also suitable for beginners; the exercises are sometimes strenuous and dynamic, but by no means overwhelming. During these lessons, the participants get to know their bodies well and therefore learn to assess which exercises they can do.
