Description yoga
Happy Glow Yoga was founded by Selma Kornmüller to pass on yoga to her students in a loving and sensitive way.
Selma's yoga classes are based on the Hatha Yoga basics mixed with nuances from aromatherapy, body work and inspiration from everyday life. She is known for making her lessons very accessible, friendly and with a lot of love. Each of her students leaves the yoga class feeling more relaxed and happier.
Lessons are currently taking place in the 2nd, 6th and 19th districts. Lessons in English are also offered. Pop up hours also take place again and again and are currently posted on FB.
Happy Glow Yoga stands for joy, lightness and relaxation. Hatha yoga classes in the 2nd, 6th and 19th districts for beginners and experienced people.
