Our vision is to build a bridge between Western medicine with its therapeutic methods and the traditional concepts of Indian health theory and philosophy of life. The goal is a lifestyle intervention that takes into account the individual constitution of each person and their personal possibilities.
The yoga practice combines classic medical care and therapeutic applications (osteopathy and other manual concepts) with a range of activity-related concepts (yoga, Pilates). These promote the development of mental and physical abilities and the development of your own skills in the area of ​​health and personal well-being. This includes training in body awareness, strength and relaxation as well as the opportunity to adjust eating habits.
In addition to individual treatment and support, we offer a comprehensive range of courses for young and old. A separation into “healthy” and “sick” should not be made from the outset. However, one of our focuses is the therapeutic application of the yoga concept for people who want to benefit from this holistic teaching through individual guidance for physical problems.
