Don't worry if you don't have the flexibility or maybe you don't think you're flexible enough. Every body is a unique marvel and the ability to flex is different for every body. On the one hand, this has to do with physical constitution, gender and other factors. As with any physical activity or sport, the following applies to yoga – practice, practice, practice. Of course, for a very advanced yogi the asanas look very 'wow'. But trust the shape of your own body and let the asanas come from yourself.
We practice mindfulness, strengthen awareness and then immerse ourselves in the asanas. Practice the sun salutation, learn how to access the center. Learn to breathe properly. Slowly and steadily we get to know our own form.
If you want to experience yourself in a new way, like a child on a journey of discovery, then you are at home in the beginners course.
