Description yoga
The yoga lounge offers various courses with various qualified yoga teachers. There are approximately over 25 courses at two locations. The offer is very flexible, meaning you can choose between individual courses and dates. The rooms are very beautiful, lovingly and yet modernly furnished.
The yoga lounge can also be rented on weekends and outside of course times for your own seminars and events.
The yoga lounge also offers yoga trips and detox treatments.

This is how you find us:
At Sonnenplatz (Reinhold-Schick-Platz) opposite the Kreissparkasse. Next to the house on the same side of the street is the Chinese restaurant “EN FU”.
The YL is in the big red house - the middle entrance is to be used. The building also houses the Royal sports school, the physiotherapy practice of the Rommel family, and lawyer Dr. Reimold, ARAG Insurance.
There is a supermarket, a hairdresser and a few restaurants on the ground floor. Middle entrance, up the stairs and the hallway all the way to the back. There is a “customer stopper” at the door. You have to dare to get into the house, I have attached a photo so that you can see the house from the outside.
Parking spaces
When choosing a location, we made sure that the lounge was as central as possible, but that there were enough parking spaces (Stadthalle, Bronntor, Nufringer Tor, Matrazen Concord, old outdoor pool,...) near the lounge. And no more than a 5-minute walk from the lounge. You can wonderfully combine yoga in the lounge with shopping or a stroll through the beautiful old town. Or come with a friend and end the yoga with a visit to one of the beautiful cafes.
The lounge is only a few minutes away from the S-Bahn, as is the Reinhold-Schick-Platz bus stop. So you can also easily come by public transport.
