Description yoga
Our vision is to build a bridge between Western medicine and its therapeutic methods and the traditional concepts of Indian health and philosophy of life. The goal is a lifestyle intervention that takes into account the individual constitution of each person and their personal possibilities.
In addition to individual treatment and support, we offer a comprehensive range of courses for young and old. One of our main focuses is the therapeutic application of the yoga concept for people who want to benefit from this holistic teaching through individual guidance in the case of physical problems.
The yoga practice combines classical medical care and therapeutic applications (osteopathy & physiotherapy & Spiraldynamik®) with a range of activity-related concepts (yoga, Pilates). These promote the development of one’s own competencies in the area of health and personal well-being. This includes training in body awareness, strength and relaxation as well as the opportunity to adjust eating habits.
