Description yoga
I am a yoga teacher, yoga therapist and alternative practitioner. All of my yoga courses take your abilities and possibilities into account and focus on your well-being. I also offer anatomy training for yoga students. Workshops in which I guide people to use triggers independently (e.g. for regeneration or pain). Retreats to accompany you for a whole weekend with exercise, meditation and forest breathing. Weekly yoga classes in groups and one-on-one yoga therapy.
