    Yoga: adhikāra ist ein Sanskrit-Begriff und bedeutet, das Leben gemäß des individuellen Bewusstseins und der eigenen Fähigkeiten selbstbestimmt zu führen. Die "Führungsgewalt" oder "-Berechtigung", wie das Wort auch direkt übersetzt wird, findet in dem Maße statt, wie es dem Entwicklungsstand entspricht. Sri Aurobindo, der Lehrer des integralen Yoga, betont aber die Möglichkeit, das Bewusstsein und auch neue Fähigkeiten zu entwickeln, die das Leben über die materielle Ebene hinaus ebenso um seelische und geistige Werte erweitern. Es ist mir daher ein Anliegen einen Sinn für seelisch-geistige Werte zu erwerben daher auch über die innere Bedeutung der Übungen im Unterricht zu thematisieren. - adhikāra Yogastudio

    Yoga: Wir studieren beim Üben auch die Empfindung einer Bewegung auf sehr unmittelbare Weise. Beispielsweise erlebt man bei bestimmten Übungen die Bewegung in einer Kreisform und wie sie sich aus dem Umkreis formt. Dadurch fixiert sich das Bewusstsein nicht so sehr an den Körper, sondern bleibt in einer wachen Wahrnehmung zum Körper. - adhikāra Yogastudio

    Yoga: Der Raum ist sehr angenehm und hat Fußbodenheizung. Im Schnitt üben wir in kleinen Gruppen mit bis zu 6 Teilnehmern. - adhikāra Yogastudio
