Super Unterricht! Komme gerne wieder

Die Stunden sind immer total entspannend, ich komme dabei immer voll runter vom Alltagsstress. Der Focus liegt hier bei der Achtsamkeit und des fühlen des eigenen Körper und dessen Grenzen. Ich finde es besonders schön, da es nicht ein typischer Sport Kurs ist, indem es um möglichst viele Wiederholungen geht, sondern um die richtige Ausführung und das erleben der dabei entstehenden Gefühle und Akzeptanz der eigenen Grenzen, etwas was mir auch im Alltag viel hilft
