Description yoga

I teach dynamic Hatha yoga as individual and group lessons. What is particularly important to me is the individual orientation in all courses. Therefore, there are small groups that enjoy a wide range of yoga.
Venue: 66538 Neunkirchen and 66539 Furpach
Yoga (short) retreats, in a monastery or wellness hotel, take place twice a year.
My online course “from everyday gray to sky blue” teaches you a relaxed and free everyday life in 6 weeks - leave the stress out and enjoy your life to the fullest!
