Description yoga
Dear yogis,
I primarily offer personal training (yoga) as individual lessons, yoga classes for two and for small groups, so that you can be completely among yourself.
The yoga classes take place at the yogis' homes, in a rented room or online.
I also offer business yoga for companies to give employees a break to relax in their stressful everyday work lives.

Super schöne und auf individuelle Bedürfnisse angpasste Yogastunde :)
Annika hatte eine super schöne Yogastunde vorbereitet. Die Mischung aus körperlicher Anstrengung und Entspannung war genau richtig für mich und ich habe mich danach richtig gut gefühlt. Sie hat außerdem eine angenehme Art und Stimme, mit der sie einen durch die Yogastunde leitet :) Ich kann Annika als Yogalehrerin auf jeden Fall empfehlen, egal ob für Anfänger oder Fortgeschrittene!
