Vinyasa

Ich gehe sehr gerne zum Vinyasa bei Katja! Durch die Varianten die sie anbietet sind die Stunden für Anfänger und Fortgeschrittene gleichermaßen geeignet. Sie führt mit einer sehr angenehmen Stimme durch ihre Flows, bei denen Herausforderung und Entspannung toll ausgeglichen sind :) ich freue mich jedes Mal aufs Neue auf meine Auszeit dort!
