Description yoga

I teach gentle Hatha Yoga for women. My lessons are designed for and around women. The trial lesson is free and non-binding. I teach online via Zoom and Real in two languages (German and Russian). Mit viel Freude dabei

Mache mit viel Freude seit ein paar Monaten mit, Inessa zeigt immer tolle Übungen und ist einfühlsam und kreativ. Die Übungen sind immer abwechslungsreich und tun mir sehr gut.
