Description yoga
With Your Yoga, Judith Temmel (née Köhler) and Marlen Reinwald (née Köhler) offer unique diversity in Hamburg. Through her, Bikram Yoga became very popular and is now a trend worldwide. The sisters started with Bikram Yoga and their innovative trend continues. After over twenty years of studio and teaching experience, creativity and love for yoga, Your Yoga now also offers other types of yoga such as Hot Flow, Forest, Power, Flow, Gentle and Yin Yoga.
We were the first to open a Bikram yoga studio in Germany in the middle of Eppendorf in 1999 and brought hot Bikram yoga from the USA to Hamburg. All of our yoga courses have their origins in Hatha yoga. Our course schedule at www.your-yoga.de tells you when we offer yoga and what you should keep in mind if you are a yoga beginner. The Bikram Yoga Studio Hamburg, a loft in the middle of Eppendorf, impresses with its 19th century charm. Spacious rooms convey a special atmosphere in which you enjoy spending time. Bring a yoga mat and a large towel and still water. Yoga mats can also be rented for one euro. Our Gentle, Yin and those who like to sweat Bikram courses and our beginners workshop offer a good start.
