Entspannung pur

Bei jedem Kurs gelingt es mir , mich vom anstrengenden Tag/ Woche loszulösen und der sanften Stimme zu folgen. Gleichzeitig tragen die Übungen natürlich auch dazu bei um besser zu entspannen. Die Übungen werden sehr gut erklärt und vorgeführt mit vielen nützlichen Tipps für jeden einzelnen, auch werden alternativen gefunden, falls eine Übung nicht ausgeführt werden kann. Ich kann diesen Kurs auf jeden Fall empfehlen.
