Yoga mit Herz

Zuhal lässt ihr vielseitiges Wissen über Körper, Geist und Seele mit in die Yogapraxis einfließen. Durch ihre achtsame, ruhige und authentische Art fühle ich mich direkt mit ihr verbunden und kann mich voll auf den Prozess einlassen. Sie achtet auch darauf, daß die Übungen richtig ausgeführt werden und keine "Fehlhaltungen" entstehen. Ihr ist wichtig, daß man die größeren Zusammenhänge und des Yogas versteht und man spürt, daß ihr die Gesundheit und das Wohlbefinden der Menschen sehr am Herzen liegen. Danke Dir Zuhal, von Herzen.

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Ich habe mich selten so gut in einer yoga Praxis aufgehoben gefühlt wie bei Frau Tepass.
Sie hat eine super angenehme ruhige Art & Stimme, versiertes anatomischen background wissen und ist sehr einfühlsam.

Yoga, ganz nach meinen Bedürfnissen

Frau Tepass ist wie gemacht für ihre Arbeit. Mit ihrer einfühlsamen ,ruhigen und achtsamen Art hat sie mir geholfen ganz in dem Moment zu sein, meine Praxis in meinem Tempo und sehr bewusst auszuführen.
Sie achtet auf Details, hat , soweit ich es beurteilen kann ,sehr fundiertes anatomisches background wissen und hat eine super angenehme, beruhigende Stimme.
Ich freu mich schon auf die nächsten gemeinsamen Einheiten.
