Description yoga

We are the only HotYoga studio in Essen and offer many other types of yoga in addition to HotYoga. Both beginners and advanced practitioners can find their yoga style here. Our studio focuses on the health-promoting aspect of yoga. We teach asanas, but do not preach any philosophy or religious worldview. In different room temperatures, everyone can take part and return to their everyday lives full of energy. Open 365 days a year. Yoga classes and various events also take place regularly on public holidays and weekends.
