Description yoga

My name is Julia Baumgartner and it is a great honor for me to be able to teach yoga in my hometown of Oberndorf near Salzburg. We devote ourselves to yoga practice together in a personal, comfortable atmosphere. I approach each student individually, regardless of whether they are beginners or advanced. On Mondays we discover the “Yoga Basics” with precise instructions, small flows and suitable for every beginner or returner. Shaped by my enthusiasm for sports, I offer flowing, powerful yoga every Thursday evening. In wonderful flows we bring body, mind and soul into harmony with the help of breathing.
