Anstregend und entspannend zu gleich
Immer mal wieder buche ich mir Privatstunden bei Flying Mat Yoga. Immer wieder lerne ich neue Übungen kennen und werde auch sehr gut korrigiert und motiviert. Meine Körperhaltung hat sich sehr verbessert. Das Training bei Lucia ist für mich die perfekte Mischung aus Motivation, Anstrengung und Spaß. Absolut zu Empfehlen.

Bestes Yoga in Freiburg
Egal wie stressig der Tag oder wie verspannt der Rücken – nach einer Stunde mit Lucia fühle ich mich wieder fit für die restlichen Herausforderungen der Woche.
Lucias ruhige und lockere Art bringt mega Wohlfühlfaktor!
