Hannah schafft es die 90 Minuten mit den jeweils passenden Inhalten für den Tag zu füllen und ein wohltuendes, leicht anstrengendes Rundumprogramm in einer harmonischen Umgebung in kleiner Gruppe zu bieten.

Egal ob vor Ort oder digital mit Zoom, es ist immer eine Bereicherung mit Hannah Yoga zu machen. Das tolle am digitalen Yoga ist übrigens, dass man direkt liegen bleiben kann und sich nicht mehr auf den Weg machen muss;-)

Top Yogalehrerin mit Herz und Verstand
Vor 5 Jahren habe ich Dank Hannah mit Kundalini Yoga begonnen. Ich (ein Mann...) hätte nie für möglich gehalten, dass es mir was bringt. Mittlerweile bin ich umgezogen und habe weitere Yoga-Leherer*innen kennenlernen dürfen. An die Art und Weise des Lehrens/ Vormachens von Hannah kommen allerdings nur wenige heran. Ich darf zum Glück ihren Yoga-Kurs gerade coronabedingt online erleben :-) Jede*r kann mitmachen, egal ob Neuling oder Pro. Ich kann Hanna wärmsten weiterempfehlen!
