Description yoga

Our yoga studio has been around since 2007 and offers space for 6 to 10 participants per course. Hatha yoga is suitable for all ages. 12-week courses are booked in full and fully or partially reimbursed by statutory health insurance companies. You are usually registered for a fixed course, but you are allowed to make up appointments that you cannot attend for various reasons on another day. We offer a free trial lesson for new interested parties at any time.

Beginners or first-time visitors should keep this in mind: Beginners usually start in a “gentle intermediate” class. There is a free trial lesson. With the special attention of the yoga teacher and the existing group spirit, you will soon find your yoga path. If you have concerns or reservations, you can also book individual or therapy sessions first.
A pre-registration is neccessary. You don't need to bring anything with you except comfortable clothing. It is practiced barefoot or with socks. Everything else is there.
