Description yoga
I - Heidi Elisabeth Bauer (certified yoga teacher) - have been teaching Hatha yoga for beginners and advanced students for over 25 years. In recent years, yoga has also been offered as a live stream online course. The face-to-face course is therefore broadcast as a live stream online course.
The exercises are precisely instructed by me. There is a wonderful opportunity to achieve deep relaxation and greater well-being in your own home. The Hatha Yoga course includes pranayama (breathing exercises), light to moderate asanas (physical exercises) as well as meditation and deep relaxation (yoga nidra).
