Hot Yoga Cologne - Yoga at 39°
Hot yoga is practiced in a hot room, at 39°C and high humidity. The heat helps you relax your body and mind and thus allows deeper stretching of the muscles, ligaments and tendons.
The traditional hot yoga course consists of a series of selected, centuries-old Hatha yoga poses and breathing exercises (pranayamas).
Through sweating, supported by breathing exercises and compression/decompression of the body, our yoga has a detoxifying and renewing effect.
All classes are suitable for beginners as well as advanced users and all fitness levels. We only recommend 6 months of previous experience for the “HotPlus” class.
After the course, your skin will shine with freshness and beauty and you will feel fantastic!

Directions
Our studio at Rudolfplatz
On the edge of the city center you will find our studio, fully equipped with changing rooms, showers, a lounge area with free fruit and tea. Just cozy and perfect for hot yoga.
By bike: We offer bicycle parking spaces in the yard for our customers. If they are full, please park in front of the house or at the neighboring post office.
By train: Stadtbahn lines 1 and 7 to the Moltkestrasse stop, or lines 1, 7, 12 or 15 to the Rudolfplatz stop. From here it's about 200m walk across the ring.
By car: Coming from Aachener Strasse you will reach the Richard Wagner
Street, it's best to drive almost to Rudolfplatz and park in the parking garage of the Barceló Hotel (approx. 100m before the ring on the left). Depending on the time, parking here costs €1 to €1.50 per hour.
