Tolle Yoga-Stunde in Nienburg, ich kam hier jeden Dienstag zur Ruhe. Inge geht sehr individuell auf die Teilnehmer ein und schafft eine angenehme, entspannte Atmosphäre. Großartig!

Ich hatte mich endlich entschieden an einem Yoga Kurs in NIenburg teilzunehmen und bin so im Mittwochs Yoga Kurs von Inge gelandet Ein wunderschöne Pause in der harten Arbeitswoche mit voller positiver Energie! Ein entspannender Moment für sich selbst mit einer tollen Lehrerin - ich warte ungeduldig auf nächsten Mittwoch

Ein schöner Kurs!

Inge macht beim Yoga in Nienburg einen guten Mix aus entspannendem Yoga und schweißtreibenden Poweryoga. Sie hilft auch gerne bei Tipps für eine ausgewogene Ernährung. Für mich der beste Yoga Kurs in Nienburg!
