Description yoga
I am a physiotherapist and have been a yoga teacher for 7 years. I teach Vinyasa flow as a basic form with elements from fascia yoga and yin yoga. I love getting the breath to flow and using physical practice to guide my students into deeper levels of their system. For me, meditation completes every yoga practice. However, asana practice is only a fraction of what yoga teaches and can do ;-)
