Yoga-Zeit ist Wohlfühl-Zeit

Schon bei Betreten des schönen Yogaraumes im Yogahaus Zuchering beginnt für mich das "Loslassen".
Karin Kleindorfer gestaltet die Yogaeinheiten sehr ausgewogen und mit angenehmer Achtsamkeit.
Kursangebot und Kurs-Termine sind gut gestaltet.

Ich bin seit fünf Jahren im Montag Kurz.
Unsere Gruppe ist gemischt. Einen familiären Charakter erhält der Kurs, da es keine großen Wechsel gibt. Dadurch eine entspannte Atmosphäre und eine hohe Vertrauensbasis zu unserer Yogalehrerin Karin Kleindorfer.
