    Meine erste Yoga-Stunde und noch dazu online - hat technisch erstaunlich gut funktioniert. Man kann praktisch überall mit machen - sei es zuhause oder unterwegs - mit etwas Platz, Ruhe und einer W-lan Verbindung. Jelka führt durch die Stunde, die Erfahrung merkt man. Begleitet mit passender Musik ist der Schwerpunkt jedes Mal anders. Es ist Yoga und Meditation - einfach schön!

    Jelka Yoga was recommended by a friend of mine and even I live in a different country with a lot of local yoga teachers around, I have decided to follow her yoga lessons online. I appreciate Jelka’s unique powerful style of yoga teaching, very authentic and from inner strength. She combines theoretical background at the beginning of the yoga lesson very well with the actual physical yoga practice. The format of online lessons is ideal for me, and I would also recommend to book lessons for exploring topics in more depth
