Online yoga courses + private courses for a maximum of 2 people in the Mannheim/Heidelberg/Ludwigshafen area
As a certified 650h Hatha yoga teacher, I offer yoga relaxation courses online in groups or privately with a maximum of 2 people in Ludwigshafen in a very relaxed atmosphere. I offer an online course for groups on Mondays at 7:00 p.m. in which they can completely relax from their everyday lives and find peace again. On Mondays at 8:30 p.m., as a migraine person, I offer a course that is tailored to your needs and gives you a balance to your life with migraines.
My yoga courses are easy to carry out and have a lasting effect on your stress resistance, your personal strength and your inner balance. No matter what situation in life you are in, I will always pick you up and guide you into a more fulfilled you.
