Description yoga

We teach Hatha Yoga, MBSR, MSC (self-compassion) & mindfulness courses as well as Buddhist psychology & meditation in Cologne; Courses for beginners and experienced people, yoga for pregnant women and special mindfulness courses for dealing with pain. Our prevention courses in accordance with Section 20 Paragraph 4 No. 1 SGB V are subsidized by statutory health insurance companies.

    Man fühlt sich wohl und willkommen bei dem Kurs. Der Kurs in sich ist nicht sehr anstrengend aber gerade als Schwangere hat es mir gut gepasst, denn ich wollte hauptsächlich die sichere Stellen üben und mich entspannen.
    Ich empfehle den Kurs weiter !

    Auf die Stunde bei Anke habe ich mich jede Woche sehr gefreut. Die Atmosphäre war insgesamt total schön. Ich habe mich nach dem Kurs immer sehr ausgeglichen und ruhig gefühlt. Ich kann den Kurs nur empfehlen und bin sehr froh, dass ich auf Anke und ihr Angebot gestoßen bin.

    Schwangerschaftsyoga bei Anke

    Ich hatte tolle Yogastunden in meiner Schwangerschaft bei Anke. Der Kurs hat Verspannungen gelöst und einfach für mehr Gelassenheit gesorgt. Habe mich jede Woche sehr auf die Stunde gefreut! Zudem hat man auch mit den anderen Mamis-to-be einen tollen Austausch! Anke ist total sympathisch und man fühlt sich in ihrer Umgebung schnell wohl! DANKE FÜR DIE TOLLE ZEIT!
