Qualitativ hochwertiges Yoga-Angebot

Bei Margarete spürt man die mehrjährige fundierte Yoga-Ausbildung im Gegensatz zu meinen Erfahrungen in Fitness-Studios. Sie geht individuell auf jede/n ein und bereitet die Yogastunden super vor. Auch gibt es immer einen thematischen Hintergrund zu den Übungen, die sie wöchentlich heraussucht, so dass sich Körper UND Geist darauf einlassen können. In dem Raum mit dem großen Fenster fühle ich mich immer sehr wohl und habe nicht das Gefühl, in einem Privathaus zu sein. Besonders toll finde ich, dass wir im Sommer bei schönem Wetter auch oft draußen im Garten Yoga üben.

Mein Leistungsvermögen, meine Zielsetzungen und Motivation wurden sehr präzise ermittelt und stets beachtet.
Die Yoga-Zeit am Morgen hat den gesamten Tag sehr positiv beeinflusst.
Die Zeit im Studio hat sehr viel bewirkt.
