Description yoga
Namaste!
I offer yoga classes for beginners and advanced students to promote health in companies, clubs and educational institutions. I also lead yoga retreats, trips and workshops.
As a naturopath (psychotherapy) and psychological yoga therapist, I specialize in supporting people with depression, burnout, anxiety and other mental illnesses. In individual sessions we develop a suitable yoga practice for you and your needs, with asanas, pranayama, meditation and mantra.
I am
- Certified Hatha yoga teacher and yoga therapist since December 1, 2019 (500 hours)
- Certified Hatha yoga teacher since 2018 (250 hours)
- Burnout yoga teacher since 2012
- Alternative practitioner (psychotherapy) since 2011
- She has been vegan for some time and has been an enthusiastic yogini since 1998 ♥
- Member of the VFP – Association of Independent Psychotherapists, Alternative Practitioners for Psychotherapy and Psychological Consultants e.V.
- Member of the German Society for Yoga Therapy e.V. (DeGYT)
