Description yoga

Alexandra Meraner founded the company Yogartista in 2007.
Alexandra has been practicing yoga for a long time, turned her love into a profession in 2007 and completed her yoga teacher training at Yoga Vidya, followed by the intensive two-year Ayur-Yoga therapy training with Remo Rittiner and many other additional training courses in the medical-anatomical field that have influenced her attitude Exercise, relaxation and health were added.
She always teaches open classes from the perspective of therapeutic yoga and even in individual lessons she works in a way that is adapted to the practitioner. For a long time she led the health yoga teacher training courses - which she co-founded - at the Yoga Academy Austria, but also yoga teacher training courses. Elements of mental training are also incorporated into her yoga classes in order to let go of physical AND mental blockages.
She is in great demand internationally and nationally with health yoga workshops, further training and workshops on a wide range of health topics. She works with the psychotherapist Dr. Susanne Stöckl-Gibs was a guest speaker for Dr. Peter Poeckh's yoga therapy training in Mödling and is currently a guest speaker at Remo Rittiner's yoga therapy training, the 200h yoga teacher training in “Im Glücksraum, BeWegung mit Herz” and for the yoga teacher training at “Bliss-Yoga Salzburg”. You can be seen again and again in the ORF Sport plus yoga magazine.
In 2016 she founded PhysioYoga Austria together with a physiotherapist.
Alexandra Meraner specializes in health yoga for psychological hygiene, for burnout and exhaustion, back problems of all kinds, health yoga for rheumatism or Bechterew, for digestion, neck problems, knee problems, health yoga for sleep problems, for young people, for seniors and much more.
She supports the company prevent at work in its efforts to make companies healthier as a health yoga expert.
Since March 2020, you can book health yoga videos at Meraner Care and therefore practice health yoga regularly at home.
