Description yoga
muktimind yoga & therapy is represented at two beautiful locations in Karlsruhe's Weststadt: the muktimind studio for yoga courses in larger groups and the practice for small groups and individual care. The rooms are intended as a retreat for personal development and growth – on a mental, physical and emotional level. This holistic approach is reflected in the diverse course program and the highly qualified team.
muktimind offers personal yoga, coaching and therapy as well as yoga classes with various yoga styles including Hatha, Vinyasa and Jivamukti Yoga, Moon & Sun Hatha Yoga. There are health insurance-certified yoga courses for beginners and advanced students, courses for meditation and relaxation, yoga for pregnant women and mom and baby yoga.
muktimind also regularly offers training courses, workshops and monthly specials such as Satsang, Kirtan and Women Circle. Anyone who visits the practice or studio experiences a relaxed atmosphere in which they immediately feel comfortable and welcome.
With muktimind we want to create a place where your mind can calm down and - as the name "mukti" suggests - become free again. mukti is Sanskrit (ancient Indian) and means “liberation”. The mind is in this state when everything else can fade into the background: worries, stress or just the thoughts that are constantly floating around in our head. Through yoga we create a mental and physical connection. It trains mindfulness, perception and brings us into contact with our physical sensations. Another approach to our deeper layers is the cognitive approach. Conversations like those in coaching help us to mentally process our experiences and integrate the insights gained into our behavior. Both ways are good and right. They lead us to greater self-knowledge and competence and pave the way to greater inner satisfaction and balance.
