Patanjali Yoga School Münster. We have been teaching classical Indian yoga, yoga nidra, kriya yoga, meditation and autogenic training in Münster since 1986.
The Patanjali Yoga School Münster, directly at Münster main train station, is the oldest yoga school in Münster with an unbroken tradition.
We teach slow yoga. Step by step, always connected to the breath, the mind is completely connected to the body in the exercises.
Little by little all other thoughts fall away and silence becomes possible.
Pressure to perform in yoga seems paradoxical, because it is primarily about calming perplexed thoughts and calming the mind.
