Description yoga

Yoga during pregnancy is an optimal method because it is tailored precisely to the needs of a pregnant woman.
In my classes you can switch off from everyday life, relax deeply, achieve new well-being and get rid of back pain and tension. In various meditations and relaxation units, I give you the opportunity to establish contact with your baby and to experience this particularly magical unit even more consciously. Through pregnancy yoga you strengthen your muscles and learn to consciously tense and relax them. Your blood circulation is improved and your baby is optimally cared for. You will also improve your body awareness and learn to breathe specifically, which will make it easier for you during birth.
Since a pregnant woman has different needs during the three stages of pregnancy, I always offer different options so that you can stay completely connected to yourself and do exactly what is good for your baby. Many pregnant women experience a completely new body feeling during their pregnancy. I would like to support you in experiencing this feeling as complete happiness, in perceiving yourself and your body positively and consciously feeling all the changes. Your unborn child also feels all this inner strength.
