Description yoga
We follow the classic yoga path of Patanjali. That means we not only train breathing and movement (Hatha Yoga), but also deal equally with the philosophical background and meditation.
A great enrichment is the work with the mudras (mostly finger positions). I was able to complete the training for this personally with my revered teacher Gertrud Hirschi, whose books are my daily companions.
